Anticipating the results of the ECHO trial in mid-2019, starting in November 2018 Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (CCP) began carrying out a landscape assessment of advocacy and communication needs both globally and at country level to determine steps that should be taken before and after the release of the ECHO trial results, including needs for stakeholder alignment and coordination.
The outcome of this assessment will enable proper planning to ensure tools and messages for advocates are developed to address both policy maker and general public concerns at global and country level.
